Russia reacts to Ukrainian attacks. Strengthen the protection of critical infrastructure

Russia's leader Vladimir Putin signed a decree on Monday setting out ways to defend critical infrastructure during the war with Ukraine. The paper assumes, among another things, that the State takes control of the facilities or installations if, in the opinion of the authorities, their safety is not sufficient.
