Russia and Belarus crossed "red lines". Ukraine demands NATO response

Russia and Belarus have taken a step which, according to the Ukrainian Ministry of abroad Affairs, destroys the current safety order in Europe. It's about the deployment of atomic weapons and joint atomic manoeuvres just outside NATO. Kiev speaks straight of breaking global treaties and calls on the West to respond decisively.
