Reports of explosions in Kiev Oblast; anti-aircraft alarm throughout Ukraine

The sound of explosions in the Kiev Oblast is reported by Ukrainian monitoring channels in Telegram and the media. The authorities shall notify the launch of anti-aircraft defence measures in the region. The air alert is in force throughout the country but for occupied Crimea.
