According to the agency Reuters belonging to India, a multitasking fighter was shot down on the first day of the war, on the night of 6 to 7 May, utilizing a Chinese PL-15E rocket carried by a J-10CE fighter manufactured in China. The Hindus assumed that the rocket could scope targets that were at most 150 km away. In fact, however, the shooting took place at a distance of about 200 km, or even more.
