"Election Parasol Report". Actions of Russia and Belarus

The "Parasol Electoral" programme was launched in February 2025 on the initiative of the [Ministry of Digitisation](https://cyberdefence24.pl/cybersecurity/ministerial-digital-opportunity-scan-private-correspondence) together with the [Ministry of Interior and Administration](https://cyberdefence24.pl/armia-i-service/mswi-citation-police-sub-law-o-ai). According to the assumptions that [we have reported on our pages](https://cyberdefence24.pl/politics-i-law/plan-protection-election-yes-government-want-to-fight-with-information), it was intended to cover actions to defend against cyberspace threats, combat misinformation and education and interinstitutional cooperation.
