Putin wants another circular of talks with Ukraine. "We're ready for this."

During his visit to Minsk, Russian leader Vladimir Putin announced on Friday that Russia and Ukraine are ready to hold the 3rd circular of peace talks. He admitted that the memoorandas that the parties presented in the truce case are "totally opposite", but sees a chance in this to bring the positions closer. Putin suggested that Istanbul could be the next place to negociate again.
