Putin announces the conquest of space and praises Elon Musk: "These people are born rarely"

Russia wants to conquer space and has ambitious plans. To accomplish this, Vladimir Putin announced cooperation with China and the BRICS countries. These include missions to the Moon and to Mars. There was besides praise from Russian leader Elon Musk.
