Vladimir Putin signed a decree on another draft for the Russian army. Between 1 April and 15 July, 160 000 men between 18 and 30 years of age are expected to join the army. This is the biggest mobilization since 2011. Independent journalists and human rights defenders inform that many of them will go straight to the front.
