Energy flat in 2025. The allowance may be granted to 4 elder groups
According to Infor.pl, pensioners and pensioners who belong to 1 of 4 qualified groups can benefit from the energy lump sum. These are:
combatants and another persons repressed,
soldiers of alternate military service who are forced to work in coal mines, quarries, uranium ore mining facilities or construction battalions,
widows and widowers after combatants or another persons repressed,
widows of soldiers forced to work.
If you or a loved 1 fulfil 1 of the above conditions, do not wait, just apply for a flat-rate energy. This can be done by completing the ZUSK-ERK form. It is available in ZUS facilities as well as on the institution's website. In addition, the application should besides be accompanied by supporting documents.

We mentioned above that the applications for an energy lump sum should be accompanied by papers confirming the entitlements. These are:
for combatants and repressed persons - a decision by the Head of the Office for Combatants and Repressed Persons (UdsKiOR) confirming the period of command or repression,
for widows and widowers after combatants and repressed persons - decision of the Head of the Office for Combatants and Repressed Persons (UdsKiOR) confirming the period of their rights as household members after the rightholder,
for forced soldiers - certificate of the Military Complementary Command, indicating the period and nature of forced labour,
widows of soldiers - appropriate certificate issued by the competent military authority.
