In just a small over a month, long-awaited vacations will begin. If you inactive don't have circumstantial plans, it's worth considering taking part in a vacation training of the Territorial defence Army.
From June to September, basic training (i.e. the alleged "sixteens") and compensatory training (eights) are organized in all units of the Territorial Defence Army, primarily dedicated to students, students, teachers and lecturers who have a break in education during this period.
In 2025, “WOT Holiday” in the 20th Industrial Territorial Defence Brigade was planned
by:
- basic training: 25.07-09.08,
- compensatory training: 25.07-01.08.
The program includes: tactics, shooting with MSBS GROT, first aid, topography and endurance – everything under the supervision of experienced instructors. Requirements include: 18 years old, Polish citizenship, good wellness and no criminality.
How to prepare for WOT Holidays?
Contact the brigade recruiter you want to serve. Contact us at https://recrutlers.territoralsi.wp.mil.pl. Prepare an application for appointment to the Territorial Military Service and submit to the Military Recruitment Centre (WCR) - competent for your residence. After the recruitment procedure, look forward to issuing a calling card where you will find information about the date, time and place where you will start your training. You'll receive the appointment card at WCR.
Participation in the task is besides real financial support. Any individual joining the ranks of the Territorial Defence Army who successfully completes basic training completed with a military oath shall receive a one-time wage of over PLN 7,000. Soldiers continuing to service as part of monthly weekend rotation training can number on a fixed monthly wage of at least PLN 968.
What should I take with me for the vacation from WOT?
For training you should take: cosmetic accessories, washing agents, sports footwear, essential medicines, extra underwear, socks, shoe cleaning equipment, hand-held sewing kit, flashlight, cup, folding knife, telephone charger, powerbank, black thin-piss, marker, pen and/or pencil notebook, insulating tape
