The amendment to the Crisis Management Act provides critical infrastructure operators with fresh tools to counter threats posed by drones. According to defence and safety expert Grzegorz Matyasik, however, the changes are only a partial solution to the problem, and the effectiveness of the fresh regulations may be limited by the complex decision-making process during an actual attack.
