Gun maker Heckler & Koch with increased profits

The order book of the largest German short weapon manufacturer, Heckler & Koch, is more complete than ever. After last year's evidence results, there was further growth at the beginning of the year. According to Oberndorf am Neckar, in the first 4th of the year, the acquisition price was EUR 99.8 million, about a 4th more than the year before. Sales increased by almost 8.7 percent to EUR 81.6 million. The profits of the company increased significantly: they amounted to more than double, i.e. €5.7 million (an increase of 138%). One reason is the effects of the war in Ukraine: NATO countries spend much more money on their armed forces than before – this is seen in the example of a Kraut maker of assault rifles, device guns, grenade launchers and guns. Head of the company, Jens Bodo Koch, said the company is well prepared to meet the inactive advanced demand.
