Only 25 days stay until the presidential elections in Poland, and the emotions associated with the run are already reaching zenite. Candidates are intensively presenting their ideas and visions for the country, but many voters are inactive not rather certain what election programs are presented by individual leaders.
Therefore, we decided to facilitate the decision by preparing a summary of the programmes of the main candidates. In 1 place we present the most crucial points of their plans for the future of Poland. This will enable each of you to familiarise yourself with concrete proposals that may influence the form of our country in the following years. Let us find out who has the most interesting offer and what directions of improvement are offered by candidates for the highest office in the country.
Rafał Trzaskowski – liberal transformation
Rafał Trzaskowski (born 17 January 1972 in Warsaw – is 53 years old) president of Warsaw and Vice-President of the Civic Platform. His election program is based on liberal, pro-European and pro-social ideas. Trzaskowski announces, among others, the liberalisation of abortion law, the adoption of the bill on "the pill day after", the liquidation of the Church Fund and the possible introduction of euro in Poland in the future.
It besides puts large emphasis on continuing the green energy transition in line with the EU Green Deal and expanding cooperation with Germany and France. His programme besides includes strong support for Ukraine and the extension of LGBT community rights.

Karol Nawrocki – patriotism and traditionalism

Sławomir Mentzen (born 20 November 1986 in Toruń – is 38 years old), leader of the Confederation of Freedom and Independence, is simply a candidate with a clear liberal profile on economical issues, but besides conservative on social issues. Mentzen advocates a crucial taxation simplification and simplification of the taxation system.
Its precedence is besides safety – it wants to increase spending on the Polish army and introduce a more restrictive migration policy. Mentzen besides opposes the EU's Green Deal policy and wants to keep the gold as the main currency and introduce a "hard" policy against immigrants. Simon Holovnia – integration and green transformation
Szymon Hołownia (born 3 September 1976 in Białystok – is 48 years old), Poland's leader 2050, proposes a policy based on global cooperation and integration with the European Union. Its programme involves the introduction of the euro, the continuation of the energy transition in line with the EU Green Deal and the deepening of European integration.

Adrian Zandberg (born 4 December 1979 in Aalborg – is 45 years old), co-founder of the organization Together, is simply a left-wing candidate who puts large emphasis on the improvement of the welfare state and investments in modern technologies. Zandberg proposes, among others, legal abortion, liberal migration policy and the continuation of the energy transition in line with EU policy.
Its programme besides involves expanding spending on wellness care, supporting Polish manufacture and promoting the improvement of artificial intelligence. Zandberg focuses on a strong state that will warrant social and economical safety for citizens.
Grzegorz Braun – national sovereignty
Grzegorz Braun (born 11 March 1967 in Toruń – is 58 years old), a Euro MP, leader of the Confederation of the Polish Crown, is simply a candidate with a clear conservative and national character. His program assumes defence of Polish sovereignty, including opposition to the interference of the European Union in the interior affairs of Poland.
Braun advocates a strong defence policy, continuing efforts to reconstruct the memory of Polish national heroes, ending further assistance for Ukraine and defending the household and conventional values. He is simply a strong opponent of abortion and liberalisation of migration policy.
Curiosities: in the election program he declares his willingness to reconstruct the death punishment in Poland.
