Only by 13 May can you apply for entry in the list of voters outside Poland or on sea ships. The appropriate declaration may be made in individual or online. 2 more days have people who want a certificate of voting right, with which you can vote anywhere in Poland and abroad.
Applications may be made by voters continuously living abroad, or people residing in Poland who on election day - 18 May, or in a possible 2nd round, if necessary, 1 June - will be stay abroad and have a valid Polish passport. If the voter can enter the country on the basis of an identity card, it will suffice to submit an application and the passport will not be necessary.
Presidential election. Conclusion by Tuesday, May 13
The application must be submitted to the appropriate consul in writing or Electronic via the website provided by the Ministry of abroad Affairs: e-elections. Registration's a couple of stages. Until 13 May there is besides a time to submit applications for inclusion in the list of voters in the voting circuits created on Polish ships of the sea. In that case, the application shall be lodged with the master of the vessel.

Presidential election. Voting rights certificate
Voting in the first circular outside the state will besides let statement of voting rights, with which you can vote in any voting circuit in the country, abroad or on a Polish sea ship. These applications could have been submitted as of 4 April, at any elected municipal office, in writing with its own signature. In order to vote on this certificate, the applicant must submit a request for it at the latest until May 15.

If the voter - who has not applied for the right to vote before the first circular - wishes to vote on his basis in the second round, he has until 29 May to submit the motion. The paper must be obtained from the consul or any elected municipal office.
