Turnout at 12 o'clock was 20.28 percent - said president of the State Election Commission Sylwester Marciniak. By noon, the largest attendance was recorded in Małopolska, Podlaskie and Podkarpackie. The lowest number of people voted in the Opole, Lubuskie and Lower Silesian provinces.
