"Congratulations to the winner! proceed strong Poland!" - wrote president Andrzej Duda on social media. This is the first comment of the head of state after PKW gave full results of the second circular of presidential elections, in which Karol Nawrocki won.
The President's entry appeared on the net at 6:35, which is simply a fewer twelve minutes after the National Election Commission's website showed data from 100 percent of the voting circuits.

Election results. Karol Nawrocki wins second round
Moments after 5 p.m., the results gathered on the authoritative website of the State Election Commission appeared of all 32 143 voting circuits.

The winner of the second circular of voting Charles Nawrocki was announced, who won 50.89 percent of the vote. His counter-candidate Rafał Trzaskowski scored 49.11 percent.
Turnout was 71.63%.
