The preliminary study after the Dreamliner disaster of the Air India line describes the chaos in the cockpit

Both engines of the Boeing 787 Dreamliner aircraft carrier Air India, which crashed shortly after taking off on 12 June killing 260 people, were deprived of fuel supply - states a preliminary study published on Saturday by the Indian Aviation Accident Investigation Office (AAIB) on the causes of the crash. The study does not contain any conclusions, nor does it indicate the guilty. The question remains as to how the fuel switches in the engines were operated.
