Court proceedings in the case of eviction of a six-year-old and his household suspended

By a decision of the midtown court, proceedings concerning the eviction of a six-year-old and his household from a municipal premises were suspended. The case was recalled during the election run by Karol Nawrocki, a candidate of the Law and Justice for President. During the last presidential debate, Rafał Trzaskowski assured that "there was no eviction".
