PROVISIONS OF THE MARSHALK OF THE POLISH REPUBLIC ON THE ARRANGEMENT OF THE Election of the president of the Republic of Poland

PROVISIONS
The Marshal of the Polish Parliament
of 15 January 2025
on the election of the president of the Republic of Poland
Pursuant to Article 128(2) of the Constitution of the Republic of Poland of 2 April 1997 and Article 289(1) and Article 290
Act of 5 January 2011 – Electoral Code (Journal of Laws of 2023 item 2408 and 2024 items 721, 1572 and 1907)
the following is inserted:
§ 1. I manage the election of the president of the Republic of Poland.
§ 2. The date of election is set at Sunday on 18 May 2025.
§ 3. The days on which the time limits for the performance of the electoral activities expire shall be determined by the electoral calendar annexed to the
to this provision.
§ 4. The order shall enter into force on the date of publication.
