Two election committees in Bielsko-Biała were confused with the votes - according to an examination conducted by the local court. "Irregularities rise serious doubts (...) and indicate the anticipation of committing a crime" - we read in the Communication from the National Prosecutor's Office.
National Prosecutor’s Office stated that on Tuesday the votes cast in the second circular of the presidential election had been counted in 2 committees from Bielsko-Biała. Irregularities have been shown.
"In consequence of the ultimate Court the territory Court of Bielsko-Biała on 17 June recalculated ballot cards from 2 electoral committees. In both cases, irregularities were found which affected the result of the vote" - the prosecutor said.

According to the Communication, the reviews were based on the recalculation of the ballots from the designated committees twice. "As a consequence of this operation, it was established that in 1 of the regional electoral commissions there was a change of votes cast for individual candidates for president of Poland, which led to the misconception that more votes were received in this circuit Karol Nawrocki, while in fact they were devoted to Rafał Trzaskowski" - said PK.

On the another hand, in the second committee, 160 votes cast at Trzaskowski, out of the full number of 959 votes cast, were placed in closed and sealed package with votes assigned to Nawrockand subsequently wrongly shown in the electoral protocol as votes cast to him.
Prosecutor's Office emphasizes the irregularities shown "serious doubts as to the reliability of the work indicated electoral commissions and besides indicate the anticipation of committing a crime".
The Regional Prosecutor's Office in Katowice is to appoint a D.A. to handle the investigation.
