"Under force Israel opened alleged humanitarian windows, allowing aid to the starving. The Israeli Army did not supply evidence that Hamas was stealing prior deliveries. The UN and the relief agencies recognise Israel's actions as late and inadequate. The global community calls for increased aid. Hunger affects more than 2 million people; the quality of food is dramatic. Humanitarian organizations and U.S.ID investigation do not support charges of Hamas theft. Since the beginning of the war, at least 133 people have died of starvation, including 87 children.”
