Thousands of companies, 1 strategy
Several 1000 companies with Polish capital, which operate in Ukraine, are already the basis of cooperation. This is the foundation on which Leviathan builds and expands economical relations between both countries. Poland does not retreat – on the contrary: Ukrainian partners encourage to "press your leg into the door" and keep your presence now so that you can rapidly make relationships erstwhile conditions allow.
Polish companies stand out against European competitors. As Dr Rudka stressed, Poland understands better than another countries how business functions in Ukraine, and is little afraid of it – even if it has little capital than Western European partners.
Where is the top potential
Energy, drones and agriculture – these are 3 directions indicated by Minister of Finance and Economy Andrzej Domański as priorities. Dr Rudka confirmed their importance: energy remains the most forward-looking area due to continued Russian attacks on Ukrainian infrastructure. Ukraine besides provides crucial lessons – Poland and the full of Europe – in terms of building resilience of energy systems. Agriculture is the most hard field of cooperation. The Ukrainian agricultural sector must adapt to EU standards and rules in order to reduce competitive tensions.

The main barrier: not money, but people
The biggest challenge for the reconstruction of Ukraine may be not deficiency of capital, but shortage of workers. Poland is already experiencing shortages of staff. akin problems affect Western Europe and Ukraine itself. The question of who physically performs the reconstruction remains unanswered.
