Poland delays implementation of crucial EU legislation. Against the background of the Trump administration

The Digital Services Act (DSA) is 1 of 3 EU regulations – alongside the Artificial Intelligence Act and the Digital Markets Act – which are intended to find a fresh technological beginning for the European Union. The beginning in which the Community regains lost competitiveness and sovereignty for the US and China, but besides protects its citizens. Unfortunately, although the deadline for the implementation of the DSA expired 1.5 years ago, in Poland the applicable laws were inactive not adopted. We asked the Ministry of Digitalism about the causes.
