Analysis ‘How does an importer become a safety exporter? Prospects for the improvement of the Polish defence industry" was developed under the aegis of the Sobieski Institute and the east Flanka Institute (the investigation centre established in 2025, which aims to comprehensively analyse safety policy in Central and east Europe, with peculiar emphasis on the experience of Ukrainian defence war). This paper was presented for the first time during a peculiar debate organized in the framework of this year's global Defence manufacture Salon in Kielce, moderated by Piotr Małecki – president of Defence24.
