– Will you give your word present that if you win the election, you will not consent to the Polish soldiers' departure to Ukraine if this situation is considered? – Anita Werner asked.

Polish soldiers in the war in Ukraine? The Trzask Declaration
– We tell all our partners, and they confirm it. We are liable for the east border of the North Atlantic Alliance and the European Union. We from Poland can supply logistical support, we can aid soldiers to get from another countries, soldiers to Ukraine, but no Polish soldier to Ukraine will go to participate in this mission – it is dead.
As the KO candidate stressed, "we have already done more than any another European country, due to the fact that we have secured the border, we have accepted refugees, we have supported Ukraine more than anyone else."
Meanwhile, president Volodymyr Zelenski stated on Thursday that he did not gotta meet Russian leader Vladimir Putin if the delegations managed to accomplish a ceasefire on the same day, as Kyiv Post writes.
The talks, which began on Thursday, were initiated by Putin on Sunday, in consequence to the Western Saturday ultimatum regarding the immediate suspension of war activities. Despite this, the Russian president sent only lower-ranking officials to the meeting, which was met with the discontent of both Kiev and Western states.
During a press conference following a gathering with the president of Turkey, Zelenski – who had previously called for Putin to personally take part in the talks he himself initiated – declared that he could resign from the gathering with the Russian leader if he could negociate an unconditional 30-day ceasefire on the same day as the said portal. Delegations are expected to talk on Friday.
