"We don't have a mill in Poland that can build artillery missiles on its own. 155 mm. And yet it is 1 of the basic types of ammunition," says Marek Budzisz, Russian expert and author of the book Citizen Army of the Republic. His diagnosis of state safety leaves no illusions: Poland is dramatically unprepared for a possible conflict. And Russia sees it.
