Poles assessed Andrzej Duda. The president has reason to think

The first circular of presidential elections in Poland will take place in little than 4 months. If the successor of Andrzej Duda is not elected, a second circular of voting will be held on 1 June. According to the latest polls, Final clashes will come between the candidate of the Civic Coalition Rafał Trzaskowski and Karol Nawrocki, whom the Law and Justice support in the race for presidency.

Poles divided almost 50-50. That's what president Andrzej Duda thinks.

The poll, which was commissioned by Virtual Poland by United Surveys, asked the respondents how they judged Andrzej Duda's 10-year presidency. 14.2% of respondents chose the option of "agreely positive", and 30.8% chose the option of "apparently positive". That's a full of 45 percent of the vote. The other opinion is 48.4% of those surveyed, including 30.4% of the "decisively negative" assessment of the actions of Andrzej Duda, and 18 percent – "more negative". 6.6% have no opinions.

More detailed results of the survey were besides published and included political sympathy of respondents. Among those polled who declare themselves as opposition voters – Law and Justice and the Confederation – 75 percent evaluates the activities of president Andrzej Duda positively and 22 percent negatively.

This proportion is reversed erstwhile the analysis is carried out only by ruling coalition voters. 90 percent of them do not have a good opinion about Andrzej Duda's 10 years of presidency, and 9 percent of them are positive. Among another voters, the ratio of affirmative to negative opinions is 52 to 23 percent.


The survey was conducted on 10-12 January 2025 by CATI & CAWI on a typical example of 1,000 people.
