Berlin plans a military earthquake. In the coming years, Germany wants to spend more than EUR 27 billion to modernise the army. In the plans – as many as 1,000 fresh Leopard 2 tanks, 2500 Boxer armoured transporters and 1000 Finnish Patria AMV wagons. These are the biggest reinforcements in this country since planet War II. All this with a view to "stopping Russia".
