Henryk Kowalczyk, the treasurer of the Law and Justice Department, has revealed that the organization continues to conduct a collection of donations from supporters and members. He besides admitted that 10 million zlotys were available for the election committee of Karol Nawrocki.

In late August last year Jarosław Kaczyński appealed "to all Polish patriots, to all those who supported his organization in the last election" to deposit even the smallest amounts of money into the indicated account. This had to do with the PKW decision, which rejected the financial statements of the Law and Justice.

The party's treasurer in an interview with RMF FM admitted that the fundraiser continues until today. – First of all, we collect for the operation of the party. It's been going on since September. Systematic, modest. We rise about a million dollars a month, but we spend that much. You can't postpone it, but we paid off the loans due to the fact that we had 35 million loans. We paid it not only out of contributions, due to the fact that part of the subsidy was paid us – he said.

PiS won't aid Matecki

Kowalczyk added that 10 million PLN was collected at KW Karol Nawrocki. – I paid PLN 5,000 to Karol Nawrocki. I contribute to the organization systematically – respective thousand. PiS president Jarosław Kaczyński paid PLN 15,000 to the organization at the beginning, and whether he contributed to Karol Nawrocki, I do not know. We can't keep up with the bookkeeping. He did.

The Treasurer of Law and Justice besides replied to the question of whether the organization would support Dariusz Matecki's policy, who would be able to leave the detention for a property warrant of PLN half a million. – organization money doesn't service that purpose. We're not allowed to affect money like this. – he said.
