Nearly 600 graduates of the Military method Academy in Warsaw were promoted to the first officer's degree. This year, Lieutenant Maciej Pielashkiewicz was the first of the school. "As officers you will be a model of attitude, discipline and professionalism," wrote recently appointed lieutenants Władysław Kosiniak-Kamish, Deputy Prime Minister and Head of the MON.
– You are highly trained, capable and ambitious young people, perfectly prepared to service Poland, and you will be the guarantor of the safe future of our homeland – said Brig. Gen. Prof. Przemysław Wachulak, Rector-Commander Military method Academy in Warsaw during the officer's promotion at the university. On Saturday, June 28th, 591 WAT graduates were appointed as lieutenant.

President Andrzej Duda besides wrote about the work of the young officers in a letter to the participants of the ceremony. "The future of the armed forces will depend on the state," he said. The act of promotion to the first officer's degree was carried out, among others, by the General of Arms Karol Dymanowski, I Deputy Head of the General Staff of the Polish Army, General of Arms Marek Sokolovski, General Commander of the Types of Armed Forces, General of Dyw. Tomasz Dominikovsky, Commander of the Warsaw Garrison and Gen. Karol Molenda, Commander of the Cyberspace defence Army. Military method Academy is the largest military-civil college in Poland, educating officers for all types of troops. This academic year, nearly 9,000 people survey at WAT, including over 3.3 1000 subjects.
