German-American competitor HIMARS is looking for buyers

We already wrote about the intention of German Rheinmetall and American Lockheed Martin to make a Germanized variant of the M142 HIMARS strategy in [June 2023](https://defence24.pl/industrial/German-build-a-path-himars). It was then that these companies joined forces to make a multi-guided rocket launcher on a 8x8 wheeled chassis to be offered, among others, to the German army. Its premiere took place during [Eurosatory 2024 in Paris](https://defence24.pl/industrial/eurostors-2024-German-gmars-presented), which further fueled the race for the successor of the MARS II strategy ([which besides involves construction based on Israeli PULS-a](https://defence24.pl/power-arms/Germans-buy-Israeli-artylerie-racite-ammunition-after) at our western neighbour.
