Non-human employees in the company. Why is ignoring agents a disaster?

According to [definition](https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/security/business/security-101/what-are-non-human-identities) presented by [Microsoft](https://cyberdefence24.pl/politics-i-law/Polish-administration-is-addicted-from-software-microsoft-public-trading-sub-lupa), non-human identities (Non-Human Identitys – NHI) are digital authentications utilized by bots, AI agents, service accounts, API keys, automation scripts, and another autonomous systems. Experts increasingly compare them to "non-human workers" due to the fact that they act alone, make decisions and execute tasks on behalf of the organisation.
