New tribunal for the prosecution of Russia's aggression against Ukraine. Where's it gonna be?

Dutch diplomatic chief Wopke Hoekstra reported that the Netherlands is ready to have a fresh tribunal supported by the UN on its territory to deal with the prosecution of Russian crimes against Ukraine.
