New residence rules for Ukrainian citizens. From now on, applications can be submitted

As of Monday 4 May 2026 citizens Ukraine with PESEL UKR will be able to apply for a residence card valid for 3 years, the alleged CUKR residence card – informs the Office for Foreigners. Applications for the release of the CUKR will only be possible through the MOS.
