On Wednesday, Karol Nawrocki took his oath before the National Assembly and became the fresh president of Poland. During his first message to the public, he presented his plans and announcements.
He intends to implement Plan 21, a program where he made his promises and "who received 10.5 million votes of voters". Karol Nawrocki declared that his decisions would not be made according to divisions, but contrary to him, "always making a decision that refers to the Polish nation alternatively than political emotions."

"Tomorrow I will take the initiative of the bill to return to the conventional form of the Central Communication Port," announced Karol Nawrocki during his speech in the Sejm.
On Thursday, the president will visit Kalisz in Wielkopolska. According to the Chancellery of the president of the Republic of Poland, on 7 August at 5:30 p.m. there will be a gathering with residents on the main market, where the president will give a speech.
– This visit bodes well for our city, due to the fact that it concerns the problem of residents of the electrical Street, which threatens to demolish houses in connection with the implementation of projects of the Central Communication Port and the large velocity Railway," said president Kalisz Krystian Kinastowski in a conversation with PAP, as quoted by Money.pl.
In 2022, during the public consultation, a way of the Railway of advanced velocity was established through the station in Kalisz, utilizing existing urban infrastructure. However, in March of that year the Central Communication Port announced a change of plans, alternatively of moving through the city, is to make a "bypass" which will let the fastest trains to bypass Kalisz without stopping.
According to CPK, the fresh way variant is intended to minimise the impact of investment on urban development. However, the inhabitants and authorities of Kalisz object. They argue that the implementation of the task will divided the city, and about 40 families will gotta leave their homes.
Let us remind that on the same day at 11:00 at the Presidential Palace Karol Nawrocki will appoint the President's Chancellery.
