Nawrocki's presidency. PKW announces, date expired

Member of the State Election Commission Ryszard Kalisz announced that the winner of the presidential election Karol Nawrocki will receive a certificate of election as president from PKW. This will happen during the ceremony at the Royal Castle in Warsaw. Kalisz gave the date of the event.
