Polemic Adam Dąbrowski with Maciej Strzembosz.

Their determination depends on the success of the project, especially in the first phase of its operation. At first, all organization is tiny and weak, lacks resources. The fresh organization has no media support, no budget funding. In the predator world, he'll be a cockroach. The cockroach has to last first and foremost, in order to recycle into a higher life form. In order to last the cockroach stage, the organization’s leadership has to show its spirit and will to fight. The top risks to the endurance of the organization are at the very beginning. On the another hand, I agree with Maciej Strzembosz that specified a organization cannot by definition be a chief organization or a farm party. How do we know that an organization from the cockroach phase will transform into a political animal of a new, desirable form? This can only guarantee the character of leaders – that is why we are talking about enlightened directorship. It is good for the enlightened directorate to be sufficiently enlightened to trust on the wisdom, cognition and advice of good, independent, professional people who would be an intellectual and moral sparring partner for him.
- "The organization must not tolerate any political transfers. The statutes must state that no 1 may be a organization associate who has belonged to another organization in the last 5 years.”
The direction of reasoning by Maciej Strzembosz is right. But if it is right, then we should draw to the limits of the possibilities of profit that flow from specified reasoning and usage it as a competitive advantage.
