There were 2 races on the way of this year's Commandos Marathon: as advanced as possible in the run and throughout the cycle. No wonder, then, that the second in the large Slam after 4 parties st. Rafał Golec tried to defender the 3rd in the classification of fireman Luke Maćkowiak. The runner, representing the Volunteer Fire Department in Bronkow, tried to make up for losses to the typical of the 18th Mechanized Division. He beat him at the finish line by 7 min 17 s, but until his full happiness he ran out of 13 min 4 s. On the another hand, the 3rd in the women's classification of Capt.Klaudia Kiefer and the winner divided 34 min 16 pp.

The Grand Slam of Commandos medal, which can be worn in uniform, could be won for the seventh time. For the first time in past in 1 calendar year, the most celebrated Komando events were completed by the general. On the list of players privileged to wear the WSK medal he entered Brig-Gen Mariusz Chmielewski, Deputy Commander of the Cyberspace defence Army Component, which XXII Marathon Commandosa finished in 215th position, and in the classification of the cycle ranked 198th.

We will see if this will work, I hope that wellness and everything else and business matters will work – says the player.

Higher bar

The way of this year's Commandos Marathon for the second time was played on 1 loop alternatively than on two, as in the first 20 editions. In this way, the organizers made it hard for players to compete. As they ran on 2 loops, they could replenish their water and drink supplies, have warm tea or change. Since last year, they gotta take more fluids and supplements with them and carry more than 10 kg of regulation.

Her friends encouraged her to participate in the race. 1 of them who bought the launch package got sick and persuaded Emilka to take part in the run so that her number would not be wasted.

- It's not bad. I thought it was gonna get worse. I'm not crying yet. Apparently, the biggest crisis is between 20 and 30 kilometres, so it's only before me – the student admitted on the 12 km run. In fact, in her debut, she dealt with the marathon distance in little than 7 hours.
