Sławomir Mentzen published an eloquent entry on social media. It's his reaction to the wave of criticism that fell on him after he allowed himself to take a beer to his own pub. The situation occurred Saturday evening, after Mentzen's public conversation with Trzaskowski.
"I agreed, I yet own it, and it's time for me to be there. Now quite a few people say that I sold Poland in this way. I realize the charge, but I disagree with it," writes Sławomir Mentzen.
He adds that after his interview with Nawrocki, he besides spoke to him in private for a fewer minutes. And he could have a beer with him, but the PiS candidate was in a hurry to meet the voters.
He then points out that the Confederation may be co-ordinating Poland in 2 years. "I must be able to get a variety of electorate, including the centre or average one. average people besides vote," he explains.
"I got where I got, just due to the fact that I didn't perceive to anybody in quite a few things and did things my way. I'm going to keep doing this. I will make many more decisions that you will not like very much. I believe it will bring success at the end," Mentzen writes.

He then writes that he intends to meet whomever he wants and does not intend to tell others what to do.
"I only regret that in this way I covered up a very good conversation with Trzaskowski. It would be better if, after Twitter, fragments flew, as many harmful views and plans are admitted, than that I drink beer with him. I was amazed by the scale of the reaction to that beer. And the most amazing thing was that the PiS staff alternatively of heating Trzaskowski's statements began to experience this beer" - the Confederate politician pointed out.
"If individual after the full run where I was saving Nawrocki and I was attacking Trzaskowski all the time finds that I support Trzaskowski due to the fact that I drank beer with him, I can't aid it either. A minute earlier, for more than 1.5 hours, I showed how much I disagree with him, how could I support him?" – he adds.
