Migalski clearly about Trzaskowski. Explains his chances after the weekend

"Four days ago, I was certain that in the second circular of the presidential election Karol Nawrocki would defeat Rafał Trzaskowski in a ratio of about 52 to 48 percent. But the weekend belonged to the second and abruptly it became a draw again" - writes Prof. Marek Migalski for Virtual Poland.

Migalski lists moments that he believes changed Nawrocki's perception. The first is simply a leak of information that Nawrocki participated (as an adult man) in the kibolian settings.

As we wrote on Temat.pl, from the information obtained by the writer WP, Szymon Jadczak, it is clear that Karol Nawrocki was to participate in the "status" organized on 25 October 2009 in a field close Gdańsk.

According to Polish law, participation in the fight is punishable by imprisonment from 3 months to 5 years. You can read more about this here.

"This shocked public opinion, especially those who hesitate to vote for. On the hard electorate of PiS and the most extremist Confederates, these revelations most likely did not make any impression, but on the "normals" parts most likely did," Migalski emphasized.

The second point of return, according to Prof. Migalski, was the debate during which Nawrocki utilized nicotine sachets.

"As we have all seen, he is so addicted to nicotine that he is incapable to last a half-hour discussion without it. This is rather disturbing, especially in the light built by Nawrocki himself and his staff of narratives about a hard man," the political scientist points out.

"How is this – on the 1 hand is an iron kibol, and on the another hand a weakling who can't stand ninety minutes without a cigarette? Something's not right," he adds.

Mentzen messed up.

The 3rd thing is to talk to Sławomir Mentzen. Migalski points out that Nawrocki signed everything that the Confederate leader suggested to him, and, by the way, renounced the Law and Justice. Trzaskowski, on the another hand, entered into a dispute, presented his arguments. He lost nothing, defended his opinion, was assertive, and kept his dignity.

And then there was a celebrated beer with Mentzen. "Someone who invented this play in the PO staff should get a large medal," writes Prof. Migalski. He adds that the Sunday march was besides very successful for Trzaskovsky and his staff.

"If I were to forecast the consequence of the presidential election today, I would say we have a tie again. We have 5 more days of run ahead of us. (...) The question of who will become the fresh head of our state remains unanswered," he concludes.
