The fresh rules will let to exclude any of the objects from the existing sound standards, which means that the pitches, alternatively of glowing in the voids, will again be able to live.
The scope of the exemptions will include 3 types of activity
The fresh rules supply that 3 main forms of physical activity will be excluded from the existing sound standards:

training and classes in sports training, specified as those organised by sports clubs,
physical activity conducted in schools, specified as physical education lessons,
recreational forms of traffic specified as backyard games, children's games or classes for seniors.

Thus on the fields you will yet be able to practice, practice and have fun, without fear that individual will decide to close them.

Residents speak
Many parents have long observed that children have nowhere to practice and play sports. - Our kids had nowhere to play. The block yard was closed indefinitely due to the fact that individual was disturbed by the noise. And the movement in the open air is crucial for their wellness and improvement - says Mrs Catherine, parent of 2 simple school students.

On the another hand, any residents appreciated the right to peace and quiet. - Sometimes the sound on the pitch was truly annoying, especially for the aged and those who work remotely. It is good that in the past the pitches were closed, although I understand, of course, that children must have their own place besides - emphasized Mrs. Ewa, a resident of Radom. The fresh law aims to reconcile the right to silence with the request to supply children and young people with a place to decision and play.
