Mentzen steals the show before the second round. He gave a circumstantial date for the endorsement decision

Politicians PiS and KO, but besides experts from Sunday evening wonder which candidate (and whether at all) will support Sławomir Mentzen in the 2nd circular of the presidential election. His declaration could prove crucial for both Rafał Trzaskowski and Karol Nawrocki. Now the Confederate co-leader has given a deadline: on Tuesday he is to announce his decision.


"I invitation you to a press conference in the Sejm next day at 12:00. I will tell whom I will support in the second circular of elections," wrote Sławomir Mentzen on Monday (19 May) after 5:00 p.m. on X. On the 1 hand, his entry may propose that next day at noon he will actually give support to either Karol Nawrock or Rafał Trzaskowski.

However, another scenarios are besides possible, which is highlighted by politicians and commentators. They do not exclude that the Confederate candidate will not support either the PiS candidate or the KO candidate. Or he'll tell his constituents that he's not going on the second round. She can besides say what Joanna Senyszyn said on Sunday: that voters gotta decide who they will vote for on Sunday, June 1.
