Marcin Horala Head of Law and Justice in Gdynia-Słupsk district

Marcin Horala was elected president of Law and Justice in the Gdynia-Słupski district, replacing Peter Müller, who served as president of the Law and Justice for the last year. Müller, in accordance with the party's interior rules, could not proceed his function as territory chief due to the mandate of the Euro MP. The convention delegates besides selected eleven organization board members to assist the fresh leader in managing the region.

New members of the Management Board of the Gdynia-Słupsk district

Delegates appointed a number of fresh members to the board. The members included: Mariusz Birosz, Katarzyna Stanulewicz, Piotr Karczewski, Sylwester Owsnicki, Violetta Mackiewicz-Sasiak, Adam Treder, Andrzej Leyk, Krzysztof Weetta, Leszek Robakowski, Andrzej Zawada and Bartosz Bluma. The board besides supported a group of parliamentarians and political council members specified as Dorota Arcziewska-Milewczyk, Michał Kowalski, Aleksander Mrówczyński, Krzysztof Sławski, Roman Dambek, Paweł Stolarczyk, Zbigniew Kurzelewski and Mariusz Łuczyk.

Marcin Horala: enthusiasm and mobilisation in Pomerania

Horala, just after the results were announced, thanked for his support and many presence at the PiS territory Convention in Pomerania.

As he wrote on his social media profile, he is grateful for Jarosław Kaczyński's advice and for all vote given by his friends from the party.

We are absolutely motivated, enthusiastic and energetic to act," Horala stressed.

He besides pointed out that the presence of respective 100 people at the reunion and the support of his candidacy attest to the strong engagement of members in building the future of the organization in Pomerania.

Marcin Horala is simply a Polish politician, activist of Law and Justice, economist and MP to the Polish Parliament. Born on 2 October 1981 in Gdańsk, he actively engages in political and social affairs of Pomerania. For years he has held public functions both in the region and in the national arena, and has besides held positions in PiS organization structures.

Political career

He began his political career at local government level. He acted as a councillor in Gdynia, and in 2015 obtained a parliamentary mandate from the Law and Justice Office, representing the Gdynia district. After the 2019 parliamentary election, Horala re-entered the Sejm, which was the consequence of increasing popularity and assurance of voters in the region.

From 2019 to 2021 Horala served as State Secretary at the Ministry of Infrastructure, where he was liable for extended infrastructure projects specified as Central Communication Port. Its function was crucial in overseeing this strategical investment, which aims to improve communication connections in Poland and to integrate infrastructure within the Trimorz framework.
