The message from Małgorzata Manowska was to be sent to president Karol Nawrocki, talker of the Sejm of Szymon Holownia, talker of the legislature of Małgorzata Kidawa-Błońska, Prime Minister Donald Tusk and head of clubs and parliamentary circles.

The president of the SN called for "to enter into dialog in order to solve the crisis in the judiciary". At the same time, she pointed out that she was in favour of the President's initiative to set up a State strategy Repair Council which could "be a place of expert debate over political divisions."

Manowska pointed out that it was essential to scope a compromise on the form of the strategy in the National Judicial Council, doubts about the appointments of judges, as well as the situation around the Constitutional Court.

"So far, only legal chaos, exacerbated by deficiency of openness to dialog from any political groups, including the Minister of Justice, is exacerbated," she stated in a communication from the ultimate Court.

In her opinion, "the judiciary has no anticipation to resolve the crisis independently, and the task of implementing non-sourced judgments of the European Court of Human Rights and the Court of Justice of the European Union lies with the political authority: legislative and executive".

According to Manowska, "it is not actual that in the light of this case law judges appointed after 2018 do not have the position of justice of the Republic of Poland".

The first president of the SN pointed out that "it is possible to make a rational and compromise strategy solution, which should take into account both the guidelines of global and European courts without violating the position of justice of the Republic of Poland". However, she did not indicate what solution it was, but invited to discuss it.

Let us add that soon, due to the fact that on 3 September, there will be a gathering of the Court of State, which is to decide what to do next on the request for criminal liability of Margaret Manowska. The president of that body is expected to present 3 allegations of non-compliance. However, prior approval of the SN and TS and waiver of immunity are necessary.
