Little KPO money for armory

The European Commission has accepted further changes in the Polish National Reconstruction Plan, informs the service [kpo.gov.pl](https://www.kpo.gov.pl/pages/updates/security-and-defence-wes-investment-self-government/). The KPO will make the **Safety and Defence Fund,** which aims to increase Polish resilience to crisis situations.
