Maciej Berek will be a candidate for the Constitutional Tribunal. Donald Tusk confirms this

The prime minister confirmed reports that Maciej Berek—who until now has served as minister for oversight of the implementation of government policy—will be a candidate for a seat on the Constitutional Tribunal. “He is 1 of Poland’s most distinguished lawyers and legal practitioners, who has made his apolitical and nonpartisan stance his hallmark,” explained Donald Tusk.
