Lithuania wants to build ships

The plan work has been going on for about 2 years. Perkūnas is primarily a patrol vessel in mind, but there are many applications for it. These include: protection of maritime critical infrastructure, typically patrol and surveillance missions, air defense, fire support of troops, combating piracy and terrorism, combating and putting mines, exploratory missions and even artillery support of land troops.
