Lithuania will most likely be the next country of our region, which plans to get the U.S. HIMARS rocket artillery systems in the coming years. The Russian possible of destabilising and threatening the full region can drastically reduce its scale by making specified purchases. Especially erstwhile already in Ukraine there is something like HIMARS syndrome, identified with modern support from the West for those fighting against the aggression of Ukrainian troops.
