Ukraine proposes to end this war in a format between you and us. I'm offering you a meeting.
The president of Ukraine in a letter to Vladimir Putin recalled that more than 26 years ago, many Ukrainians were affirmative about the Russian leader, but, as he pointed out, present it is the past. He besides stressed that the Ukrainians welcomed the long-range drone attack at the St. Petersburg forum, indicating that Ukraine's capabilities were far beyond a 1000 kilometres.
