I full agree with its content. In my opinion, the problem with cyclists on Polish roads is even more tragic than the author of the article Łukasz Grzegorczyk. Countries with a large cycling culture, specified as the Netherlands, Denmark, Germany, do not have problems specified as in Poland, where the autonomy and insolence of cyclists are on the agenda.

Well, there's quite a few points to that. To explain any of the facts. In 2015, the Renewable Energy Sources (RES) Act came into force, and people started investing in photovoltaic micro-installations, resulting in a share of energy produced by taxpayers up to 20% in the country's energy balance, and prosumers paid smaller bills, due to the fact that there was an energy equivalent of 0.8 to 1.0 in the grid, and in the case of installations with more than 10 kW, it was 0.7 to 1.0. The marketplace is presently estimated at PLN 17-18 billion.
From 29 October 2021 to 2022, the PiS government began introducing novels to the RES Act, the intent of which was a mandatory transition from the net-metering settlement strategy (higher in kind equivalents, kilowatt hr per kilowatt hour) to the net-billing system. The net-billing strategy not only took the durability of the equivalent from the prosumers, but even abolished it in general, leaving the power companies completely free to form both the above equivalent and the price policy. Conversions made by prosumers show that this equivalent of 0.8 to 1.0 has fallen to 0.2 to 1.0.

At that time, I was no longer amazed that in Poland, prosumers were on strike and turned off photovoltaics. The current government has long been well aware of this giant scam of 1.4 million prosumers (you can talk about the amount of 7 billion stolen payers) and "is to deal with it". This has been done for over 7 months, and the course continues at its best, which means that people are inactive being robbed by the state through its companies.
Why? Well, with a view to his own interests, the Law of the Law of the European Union introduced a criminogenic fresh into the RES Act in 2021, he sniffed out the anticipation of obtaining colossal out-of-budget amounts from taxpayers' pockets.
